The design is characterised by its easy flow that including entertainment facilities. A horse riding school will be available upon the spot. Sporting clubs, restaurants and classy cafes are also part of the project. Horse stables will be provided with state of the art equipment, and 4 direction gates. A golf club, a health centre (SPA), a hotel, and a touristic resort will also be erected.
